Hi, I'm Jennifer
and I help women over 50 who are struggling with age-related weight gain to boost their metabolism, increase their energy and regain control of their health so that they can have a body they love – in a sustainable, no-diet way.
When you work with me, you are working with a women’s coach, an energy coach, and a personal trainer all in one, because I believe sustainable results and transformation happen in that order.
I’ve created a holistic solution that shows you how to address many of the underlying causes that are affecting your waistline, and how to feel amazing about your body no matter where you are on your journey right now.

My deep dark story (that started it all)
I struggled with my weight for years.
If I am being honest, I always felt overweight and unattractive. I spent so much time and effort on fad diets that only temporarily changed how I looked… on the outside.
It took me years to figure out that none of this addressed the real problem – WHY did I feel overweight and unattractive?
A few years ago, a friend sent me a photo of myself when I was 16. Back then, I hated the way I looked in that photo.
As I looked at the picture, I thought “Wow do I ever wish I could look like that again!”.
And then I realized – 20 years from now I’ll probably be looking at a picture I take of myself today and thinking the same thing.
That was my wake up call!
In that moment, I chose to stop the endless cycle of "not enough" and started accepting myself, just the way I am!
Getting to the root of the problem
As I started the process of making lifestyle changes to create dramatic results in myself, it wasn’t just physical changes I had to work on.
The real magic happened when I decided to dig deep and examine all of the unrealistic expectations I had been buying into. Specifically, feeling unhappy and unattractive because I wasn’t thin enough according to standards set by the media, myself and others.
As I approached my 50s and began to experience changes in my body, I went ALL IN to figure out how to take control of my health.
I refused to accept “That’s just the way it is when you get older” at face value.
Women over 50 deserve to be healthy, happy and fit!
Why I do what I do?
After my own transformation, I knew I had to share this information with other women.
Like me, you probably spent most of your life punishing yourself with negative self-talk, diets that make you hungry, and gruelling workouts that add to your aches and pains.
All driven by the desire to meet unrealistic and unkind expectations that have clearly been established to make you feel unattractive, unsuccessful and “not enough”.
And now, hormones and age-related changes are adding to the problem, and it feels like nobody wants to help.
You are told to just accept it because there is nothing you can do.
Really? This makes me so angry and so sad!
You deserve to experience the best life has to offer. With full health and vitality.
And I am here to get you there.
Because your age CAN define how you feel and how you look in ALL THE BEST WAYS!
What my success looks like now (and a glimpse of what yours could look like too)!
I have been where you are now.
After I regained control of my health, my energy, my hormones and my aches and pains, I knew I had to share my knowledge with other women over 50. My drive to help women is bigger than me.
I now spend my winters chasing fresh powder snow for skiing and my summers swimming, hiking and kayaking. I love to travel and I make sure my lifestyle is full of fun and new adventures.
I am NOT a supermodel!
I am at a “happy weight” that allows me to live life to the fullest, and undertake all of the activities I want to experience.

My Approach
I believe that diets and exercise programs are not enough.
Why? Because your motivation comes from your feeling that YOU are not enough, or believing that you will fail.
Again.
They lead you to give up when you experience an inevitable setback like getting tired, getting an injury, or even going on vacation!
- I believe that getting the health results you want is an inside job.
- That the most important weight loss is the weight of other people’s expectations!
- That treating yourself with kindness is the antidote to many of the physical issues you may be struggling with.
- I also believe that we are here to make progress, not achieve perfection!
- Furthermore, I am committed to celebrating your progress.
It's time to rethink your approach.
Step 1
Instead of focusing on weight loss, you first need to focus on boosting your energy and letting go of unrealistic expectations to raise your self confidence.
Step 2
You need to know what to do to repair your 50 plus metabolism that has (most likely) been triple sabotaged from years of dieting, recent hormone changes and age-related body changes.
Step 3
And then we have fun strengthening your body (and mind) in a way that is empowering and sustainable so that you can get to your "happy weight" as easily as possible.

- I can’t stand bad smells!!! My sense of smell is my superpower. I’ve been known to detect a rotten potato in a neighbour’s home while out for a walk.
- I’m afraid of heights!

- I love the mountains, and I couldn’t live without being close to a lake or large body of water.
- Guilty pleasure: I love butter tarts! Not the best health food by any standards, but I believe that indulging occasionally is good for my soul. It also identifies me as a proud Canadian!!!
