Your on-boarding physical assessment is all about your physical body, your health, on-going aches & pains and injuries, and your energy level. I identify any physical imbalances that need to be addressed in your customized physical program.

Working out with a personal trainer is a customized experience. As your personal trainer (and coach), I will conduct an assessment of your health and fitness needs, and design programming that is specific to you. This typically includes fitness and nutrition coaching. I will also provide you with recommendations for the time you spend exercising on your own, the type of exercises you should be doing, and the frequency of your workouts. I may also refer you to other health and fitness professionals to meet your needs that are beyond my scope of practice, such as physiotherapist, chiropractor, physician, etc. on an as-needed-basis.
If you have tried everything, that tells me that you’re more ready than ever. It also tells me that those other things didn’t really go down to the root of the problem, which is why I have a more holistic approach to boost your health and metabolism without crazy willpower or diet. The other thing is that women over 50 have different needs, and I can help you get the “right” information that will work for your situation.
Time management is one of the biggest challenges to overcome when it comes to your health. As women, we are great at making sure that our partners, kids, parents, pets, homes and vehicles are well cared for, and we tell ourselves that we will squeeze in that workout after we get all of it done.
Here’s the elephant in the room – that giant to do list is actually never ending! If you wait to cross off every item on it, you will never have the time to attend to your own health. And without health, you aren’t going to accomplish much, or do the fun things that have been at the back of your mind for so long.

All you need is your own body, and a sturdy pair of shoes/sneakers. You will also need an internet connection, and a device with a screen and web-cam so that you can see me, and I can see you. That’s it!

This includes physical space, and the mental space required to get and stay committed to your health routines. There are so many fun and challenging movements that will help you to get fit without any equipment at all. Your workouts will be designed for your specific physical needs and will incorporate whatever equipment is available to you.

Good question. It depends a lot on you. But let me ask you this — how long do you have before your health or weight gain gets worse? Truth is when it comes to taking action on your health, sooner is always better (and easier). Even if it feels like there is never a good time to dive in — you have to decide that you want it badly enough, and then GO for it. And that is why we talk about ways to manifest time in your program because I know you are super busy. The fact that you are here tells me you are ready!
I will send you a specific Zoom link for our workouts. It is best if you install this application directly on the device you will be using, but you may also connect to zoom even if you don’t have it installed.
Before our first workout, I will send you instructions on how to set up. I’ll also send a practice link for you to experiment with. It would be helpful to try some quick Zoom calls with family and friends to get some experience connecting to Zoom with your own devices such as your computer, tablet, phone or Smart TV!

Absolutely! And you should. First of all, a lot of women experience hormone changes in their early 40’s. Some women in their late 30’s! So everything I speak about in this program (and website) applies to you already.
Also, there is no reason to WAIT until you experience these changes. By working with me in your 40’s, you can minimize if not prevent common problems that women over 50 experience so that you can sail into your 50’s with ease. Contact me to discuss.
